Also by Databank Selection / Holistic Search / Advertisement Selection Arranging & Undertaking of preliminary interviews / screening , specifically tailored to the client specification.
• Design and administer technical tests to evaluate the candidates’ technical capabilities. We also conduct non-technical tests to evaluate other parameters that the client is looking for Assist both the client and the candidate, with our knowledge in market compensation and benefits, in discussing and structuring a competitive and equitable package.
• Conduct reference check to provide insights about the candidate’s qualifications, experience and personality.

• Total focus and Co-ordination with client and candidate upto final stages (offer / acceptance level), and further to ensure candidate’s smooth integration into the organization .
